Key responsibilities Provide second opinions on disability claims and address complex medical scenarios Utilize evidence-based guidelines and clinical resources for informed determinations Conduct peer reviews while managing a flexible schedule and workload Required qualifications Current, unrestricted Medical License in the practice state Board Certification in both Occupational Medicine and Pain Management Experience in disability evaluations and peer review preferred Familiarity with the California Independent Medical Review (IMR) process is a plus
