To support value-based oncology care, the remote California Licensed Oncology Pharmacist will manage oncology medication requests, optimize utilization management processes, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure adherence to guidelines and improve patient access to therapies. Key Responsibilities Review oncology medication requests for alignment with clinical guidelines and payer policies Support prior authorization workflows by clarifying clinical rationale and identifying documentation gaps Translate clinical criteria into practical review workflows and pathway logic for consistent medication evaluation Required Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy Active pharmacist license in good standing Oncology pharmacy experience in a clinical, managed care, or utilization management setting Experience interpreting payer medical policies and oncology treatment guidelines Strong knowledge of oncology therapeutics, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy agents
