To support a growing pediatric practice, the full-time California Licensed Nurse Care Manager will oversee a team of clinical staff, coordinate care for children with chronic conditions, and ensure effective communication between families and healthcare providers in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and supervise nursing and support staff while managing performance and professional development Coordinate clinical appointments, manage referrals, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to facilitate seamless care delivery Required Qualifications Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing Minimum 10 years of nursing experience, with leadership experience in a clinical setting Proficiency with technology platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment while managing competing priorities Experience working with diverse pediatric populations, particularly in chronic care or care coordination settings
