Seeking two California Licensed .NET Developers for full-time remote contract-to-hire positions, one at the senior level and one at the mid-level, who will develop and maintain a custom SaaS platform while providing user support and troubleshooting in a healthcare software environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the first responder for user support tickets, triaging and resolving issues while maintaining clear communication Develop and implement features across the .NET stack, including writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews Expand the use of AI tools to enhance developer productivity and support application maintenance and testing Required qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft web technologies, including C#, Blazor, and .NET Healthcare domain experience, particularly with EHR, claims, and Medicare/Medicaid 3+ years of relevant work experience for the mid-level role and 5+ years for the senior role Experience with document databases such as RavenDB and familiarity with EDI Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
