To support a growing practice, the part-time California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will conduct clinical evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based care to women experiencing hormonal transitions, working remotely on a contract basis with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and assessments of patients, formulating diagnoses based on medical histories Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based, patient-centered clinical care Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care and monitor treatment progress Required qualifications Valid and active mental health practitioner license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) in California Minimum of two years of experience as a fully licensed mental health practitioner Ability to work independently in a 100% virtual environment Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards
