Seeking a California Licensed Mental Health Provider, the full-time telehealth clinician will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy services for incarcerated individuals in a correctional setting. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including intake screenings and risk evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team Provide individual and group therapy services utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions Required qualifications Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Provider (LCSW, LPCC) in California Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in correctional, forensic, or inpatient settings Experience conducting assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment, including suicide prevention
