To provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults, the part-time California Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will facilitate group therapy sessions, engage clients, and collaborate with the care team while adhering to best practices and operational policies. Key responsibilities Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring client engagement and adherence to curriculum Participate in monthly check-ins with supervisors and collaborate with the care team Complete treatment documentation within required timeframes and maintain professional ethics Required qualifications Master's degree in mental health or a related field Experience working with youth and young adults Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus) Technical ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
