To support a growing teletherapy practice, the fully remote California Licensed Mental Health Clinician will provide evidence-based therapy to youth and adults, managing a flexible schedule and building strong therapeutic relationships. Key responsibilities Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients across age groups Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients aged 11-24 or 18-60 with mild-to-moderate mental health needs Offer psychoeducation to parents and caregivers when working with younger clients Required qualifications Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license in the State of California A genuine passion for mental health care, with a commitment to culturally responsive and equitable practice Experience providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults Comfort and prior experience with telehealth service delivery
