To support a transformative mental healthcare movement, the full-time California Licensed Marriage Therapist will establish rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely. Key responsibilities Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, creating individualized treatment plans Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Required qualifications Master's Level Degree or higher in related fields Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems; familiarity with NextGen is desirable Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
