To support the Department of Psychology, the part-time California Licensed Marriage Therapist will provide feedback to students, maintain an inclusive learning environment, and collaborate with faculty to ensure program quality in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Provide substantive, timely feedback to students on various assessment activities Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive student-centric learning environment Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student services Required qualifications Doctoral degree focused on couple/marriage and family therapy or a related field, with a PhD preferred Evidence of research-based, scholarly, peer-reviewed journal article publications Experience with online education delivery and supporting systems Experience as a member of a dissertation committee, preferably as chair/advisor All skills, abilities, and education will be considered for minimum qualifications
