Key responsibilities Maintain compliance with state and federal laws related to credit union operations, including auditing loan documents for accuracy Effectively manage inbound and outbound loan-related calls while processing loan applications and preparing necessary documentation Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the loan application process and identify potential fraud or suspicious activities Required qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; some college preferred 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced call center or loan processing environment with direct consumer contact Experience in consumer loan processing is preferred
