Providing essential support to mortgage loan officers, the full-time California Licensed Loan Officer Assistant will assist in reviewing loan applications, managing documentation, and facilitating timely loan closings in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, including clerical tasks and communication with customers Manage a pipeline of various loan types and ensure timely receipt of necessary documentation from clients Facilitate communication between borrowers, loan officers, and title companies to ensure a smooth closing process Required qualifications High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact Previous sales support experience is preferred Salesforce experience is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
