Detail-oriented and compliance-focused, the remote California Licensed Loan Document Drawer will produce accurate loan documentation, review compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with Home Loan Advisors and closing agents to ensure timely and high-quality loan processing. Key responsibilities Draw accurate loan documents based on underwriting approvals and specific product requirements Review and verify lock information and final fee sheets for accuracy Run compliance tests to ensure adherence to RESPA, TILA, and other regulations Required qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required 1+ years of responsible document drawing experience within a financial and/or mortgage banking institution Strong understanding of mortgage products and closing processes Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
