Key responsibilities Guide research teams to enhance AI model performance in specific legal practice areas Create and maintain high-quality annotation guidelines to ensure accuracy in training data Evaluate vendor-produced annotations and provide feedback to optimize data quality Required qualifications Ph.D. or equivalent in a law-related field with a valid Bar Licensure 10+ years of experience in legal practice, teaching, or related roles Experience with Claude code/AI tools and proficiency in coding (Python preferred) Extensive subject matter expertise in US or international legal practices Strong analytical abilities and experience in quality assurance processes
