California Licensed Lead Risk Analyst

To support enterprise-wide IT security and risk activities, the contract-to-hire California Licensed Lead Risk Analyst will leverage hands-on NIST framework and SOC 2 experience while driving project leadership and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead control documentation, process documentation, and gap remediation efforts while conducting interviews with control owners Proactively manage documentation to meet defined deadlines and take initiative without waiting for direction Communicate effectively in meetings and initiatives, ensuring alignment with leadership direction Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field 7+ years of related experience in IT security and risk analysis Hands-on experience with the NIST framework Experience with SOC 2 compliance Demonstrated project leadership skills
