California Licensed Intake Supervisor

To oversee a team of intake representatives, the full-time California Licensed Intake Supervisor will manage training, performance evaluations, and process improvements while working remotely to ensure compliance with company standards and enhance patient experience. Key responsibilities Monitors team performance and ensures staff are trained to meet departmental standards Identifies and resolves issues from client interactions, improving overall processes Manages department budget and prepares reports for leadership as needed Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred Two years of experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or management Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment is preferred Valid California Department of Public Health Exemptee License required Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new technologies
