California Licensed HR Executive Director

To support a portfolio of arenas, stadiums, and theaters, the full-time California Licensed HR Executive Director will serve as a strategic and operational HR leader, managing workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement in a multi-site environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary HR partner to venue leadership teams, aligning HR strategy with business priorities Support large-scale hiring initiatives and ensure consistent execution of HR programs across multiple venues Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues and partner with labor relations teams in union environments Required qualifications 7+ years of progressive HR experience in multi-site or operational environments Experience in hospitality, sports & entertainment, or other high-volume workforce environments preferred Proven experience supporting large, distributed workforces Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Knowledge of California employment laws
