Experienced California Licensed Home Loan Processors will find a remote, hourly opportunity focused on managing mortgage transactions, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while processing loan files accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities: Coordinate and communicate with Members, Home Loan Advisors, and Vendors regarding loan processing Review and evaluate credit documentation for compliance and update the Loan Origination System (LOS) accordingly Maintain knowledge of state and federal laws related to credit union compliance and manage the loan pipeline to meet service levels Required qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; additional work experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma 2+ years of mortgage lending or processing experience preferred Thorough understanding of FNMA, G1CU equity products, and related investor guidelines Knowledge of regulatory compliance including BSA, RESPA, TILA, TRID, and AML laws Experience with Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
