To support quality initiatives, the full-time California Licensed HEDIS Nurse will review medical records, conduct outreach to members and providers, and ensure accurate data collection for HEDIS reporting in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Abstract clinical data from medical records according to NCQA guidelines and internal procedures Communicate with members and providers to improve the quality of care and document interactions accurately Coordinate with HEDIS staff to update and track medical records for reporting purposes Required qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent experience or Technical Degree Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required 2-3 years of related experience Knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices 0-1 years of leadership experience
