California Licensed Grants Administrator

To support the Voices for Healthy Kids team, the full-time California Licensed Grants Administrator will coordinate the operational execution of a complex, multi-million-dollar grant-funded department, ensuring compliance, budget management, and collaboration across various teams while working remotely. Key responsibilities Integrates grant requirements into program management and monitors budgets, ensuring timely completion of grant deliverables Coordinates program budget development in collaboration with internal teams, aligning with funder expectations and internal controls Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and grantees to enable collaboration and high-quality outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5 years of meaningful experience in grant management Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis Experience with grant compliance and reporting Knowledge of grant management software and systems
