Seeking a dynamic California Licensed Environmental Principal, the remote/hybrid position will manage long-term client relationships, provide subject matter expertise, and oversee project performance while driving the growth of the environmental practice in the Los Angeles metropolitan market. Key Responsibilities Maintain and expand long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor Provide subject matter expertise, lead QA/QC efforts, and mentor project teams to promote technical excellence Manage project performance with a focus on quality, innovation, and client satisfaction Required Qualifications 10-15+ years of environmental consulting or industry experience with progressive responsibility and leadership BS in Geology, Engineering, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Licensure as Professional Geologist or Engineer Established client relationships and an active network within the region or with national clients Strong technical background in Environmental Compliance, Site Investigation/Remediation, or related disciplines
