To support a growing behavioral health team, the part-time California Licensed EAP Specialist will provide telephonic assessments and solution-focused consultations to clients regarding their behavioral health benefits, working remotely with a set schedule of Thursday to Sunday from 4 PM to 3 AM Central Time. Key responsibilities: Take inbound calls in a call center environment to conduct assessments and triage for behavioral health needs Utilize clinical expertise to develop individualized action plans and guide clients to appropriate resources Consult with licensed staff on high-risk situations and act as a resource for less experienced EAP Specialists Required qualifications: Master's or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Active, unrestricted, independent behavioral health license in the state of residence 2+ years of clinical experience post-master's degree Familiarity with EAP services, including intake processes and crisis intervention protocols Designated workspace and secure high-speed internet in your home
