California Licensed Disability Finance Analyst

To support financial operations in the disability industry, the full-time California Licensed Disability Finance Analyst will manage vendor relationships, oversee payment processes, and ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage vendor relationships and facilitate overpayment recovery arrangements Track overpayment collections and correct financial coding within the disability claim platform Prepare service fee invoice reports and ensure compliance with tax matters Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of related experience in the disability industry 5+ years of experience in disability payment and financial operations Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced Excel proficiency Experience with general ledger accounting and financial reporting Knowledge of online accounting systems and securities transaction tax processes
