Key responsibilities Develop, maintain, and monitor dashboards for policy assessment, quality improvement, and fiscal management Collaborate with users to understand reporting needs and create standardized data queries and visualizations Prepare reports and visualizations to help stakeholders make informed decisions based on data insights Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare, data science, computer science, or a related field Minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Dashboard Visualization/Data Informatics/Analytics Proficiency in dashboarding tools like Power BI and experience with data automation and visualization tools such as Excel, R, or Python Experience in data modeling, database development, and management Ability to interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and coding languages
