California Licensed Cybersecurity SME

To support cybersecurity initiatives, the remote Senior Cybersecurity Financial Compliance SME will architect, enforce, and sustain audit compliance for the Vantage system while interpreting NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 and ensuring alignment with financial management overlays. Key responsibilities: Serve as a senior SME for the Vantage system, applying NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 and DoW/Army cybersecurity requirements Assess the Vantage security posture, identifying compliance gaps and developing remediation strategies Develop and maintain security policies, SOPs, and TTPs to ensure ongoing audit compliance Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Cybersecurity/Risk Management Framework experience Active DoD Secret security clearance Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification Practical experience with NIST 800-53 Rev5 controls in DoW and Army environments Expertise in Financial Management overlays and FIAR mandates relevant to enterprise systems
