To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Social Worker will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for alcohol use disorder, manage patient care coordination, and monitor health outcomes, all while working remotely from Los Angeles, CA. Key responsibilities Lead the psychosocial aspects of treatment for assigned patients and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy Coordinate care among the interdisciplinary team and external providers, revising treatment plans as necessary Conduct risk assessments, manage patient appointments, and facilitate psychoeducational groups Required qualifications California LCSW license or equivalent Three to five years of experience in delivering evidence-based psychotherapy, particularly for alcohol use disorder Experience treating individuals aged 65 and older with behavioral and medical conditions Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms, including EHR and video conferencing tools A secure private office setup for conducting video medical appointments
