To support a transformative approach to mental healthcare, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Social Worker will establish rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely. Key responsibilities Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and involve family members when appropriate Required qualifications Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after obtaining full licensure Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with familiarity in NextGen preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
