To support the Cancer Center Triage Team, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Nurse will provide clinical support for oncology patients, focusing on expedited symptomatic triage, care coordination, and enhancing patient access to services, primarily in a remote setting with occasional on-site requirements. Key responsibilities Manage expedited symptomatic clinical triage and coordinate patient communication and education Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions from inpatient to outpatient care Identify opportunities for improving patient access and assist in developing new operational programs Required qualifications California Registered Nurse (RN) license American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 2 years of relevant outpatient ambulatory oncology nursing experience required; 5 years preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred OCN certification and prior telephonic oncology triage experience preferred
