To support a transformative approach to mental healthcare, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Counselor will establish trusting relationships with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely. Key responsibilities Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients Diagnose and treat mental health disorders while creating individualized treatment plans Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Required qualifications Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license Minimum of 12 months of experience in a clinical setting after obtaining licensure Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with familiarity in NextGen preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
