To support a growing family law firm, the full-time California Licensed Client Intake Specialist will engage with potential clients through phone, email, and text, guiding them through the onboarding process while maintaining a high conversion rate and ensuring client satisfaction in a remote or hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Respond promptly to client inquiries and build genuine connections through various communication channels Understand client needs and recommend tailored family law services while maintaining accurate records Track success metrics and share progress with the team to celebrate achievements and streamline sales processes Required qualifications Previous sales experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm setting Superior computer skills and data entry abilities Ability to handle objections with compassion and skill High School Diploma or its equivalent, along with relevant office work experience Exhibits active listening with genuine empathy and maintains authoritative control during client interactions
