Supervising multiple teams of examiners, the full-time California Licensed Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex workers' compensation claims, manage the litigation process, and coordinate vendor referrals while working remotely or onsite in California or Nevada. Key responsibilities Analyze and process complex general liability claims, developing action plans for timely resolution Manage the litigation process to ensure cost-effective claims resolution Lead team meetings, assign accountability, and provide training and support to staff Required qualifications 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred Knowledge of California workers' compensation jurisdiction and licensing required
