California Licensed Casualty Claims Adjuster

Managing a diverse caseload of casualty claims, the full-time California Licensed Casualty Claims Adjuster will evaluate coverage, liability, and damages while communicating with policyholders and other stakeholders, all in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Handle day-to-day management of line of business claims, including evaluating information and negotiating settlements Set reserves and make recommendations regarding claim resolution plans and strategies Prepare timely reports on significant claim developments and participate in audits of third-party administrators Required qualifications: 5-8 years of relevant experience in handling General Liability/Auto and Premises Liability claims; experience with Professional Lines claims is a plus Proficiency in interpreting general liability policies, contracts, and risk transfer opportunities Ability to work independently and manage multiple significant matters effectively Adjuster's License or willingness to pursue licensure within six months of hire Demonstrable track record of working autonomously and driving progress in a collaborative environment
