To support the All of Us research program, the part-time California Licensed Call Specialist will conduct outreach, engagement, and retention activities, focusing on enrolling participants while working remotely. Key responsibilities Utilize effective outreach and recruitment methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing thorough overviews of the program and answering questions Administer surveys, record data, and schedule appointments for participants to complete enrollment activities Required qualifications Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
