To enhance operational consistency, three California Licensed Business Systems Analysts will work remotely on a contract basis to analyze, document, and redesign business processes within ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), translating stakeholder requirements into actionable specifications. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to document current-state processes and workflows within ServiceNow CSM Identify fragmentation and recommend paths to stabilize and enhance operational predictability Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ServiceNow CSM workflows Required Qualifications ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) Certification required Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within ServiceNow environments Strong ability to translate business requirements into system/process requirements and workflow designs Experience evaluating out-of-the-box platform capabilities versus custom configuration Must reside in California
