Providing critical support for the County of San Diego's 24/7 Access and Crisis Line, the part-time California Licensed Behavioral Counselor will manage calls from individuals seeking behavioral health services, conduct screenings, and link clients to appropriate care while working remotely with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Key responsibilities Manage calls from the 988 Lifeline and conduct behavioral health screenings Provide customized behavioral health referrals and ensure client safety during crisis situations Document all interactions in compliance with clinical service requirements and maintain accurate clinical information in the electronic health record Required qualifications Master's Degree or Doctorate in human services or behavioral health field 2+ years of post-graduate behavioral clinical experience 1+ years of crisis management experience 1+ years of experience working with diverse populations and psychological disorders Bilingual in Spanish and English
