California Licensed Accounts Receivable Specialist

To ensure timely and accurate billing and collections for equipment and services, the full-time California Licensed Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage payments from insurance carriers and agencies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee billing and collections for various service lines including Skilled Nursing Facility and Long Term Care Ensure compliance with insurance contracts and Medicare/Medicaid regulations Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes Required qualifications 4 years of recent experience in healthcare billing and follow-up focused on reimbursement and collections Experience with insurance contracts and Medicare/Medicaid regulations Knowledge of medical billing software such as Point Click Care, ECS, or MatrixCare is preferred Completion of college-level courses in medical front office or medical billing is a plus Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care billing is advantageous
