Key responsibilities Oversee billing and collections for various service lines including Skilled Nursing Facility and Long Term Care Ensure compliance with insurance contracts and Medicare/Medicaid regulations Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes Required qualifications 4 years of recent experience in healthcare billing and follow-up focused on reimbursement and collections Experience with insurance contracts and Medicare/Medicaid regulations Knowledge of medical billing software such as Point Click Care, ECS, or MatrixCare is preferred Completion of college-level courses in medical front office or medical billing is a plus Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care billing is advantageous
