Managing accounting services for clients, the full-time California Licensed Accounting Associate will assist with month-end close processes, prepare financial statements, and support ERP implementation projects in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Manage month-end close activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and account reconciliations Support engagement teams on private company management and compilation reports Partner with senior consultants to assess and implement client ERP needs and innovative solutions Required qualifications: BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management Minimum 4 years of experience in public accounting or industry accounting functions Experience with data conversions and various ERP systems, including QuickBooks, Intacct, or NetSuite Desire to pursue CPA certification Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently
