California Junior Recruiter

Supporting high-volume hiring for a rapidly growing national healthcare organization, the contract Junior Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator will post job openings, conduct initial candidate screenings, and maintain candidate records while working remotely from California or Colorado. Key Responsibilities Post and maintain job advertisements across job boards and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers Assist with recruiting projects, onboarding coordination, and maintaining accurate candidate records within the ATS Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, human resources, or customer service Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience using Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems preferred Must be based in California or Colorado
