As a trusted HR advisor, the full-time remote California HR Advisor will establish partnerships with business leaders to drive people strategies, facilitate HR issue resolution, and coach managers on performance management and employee relations. Key responsibilities Establish collaborative partnerships with business leaders on hiring, retention, engagement, and DE&I initiatives Coach and direct leaders on performance management, employee relations, terminations, and conflict resolution Support the execution of annual bonus and merit cycles in collaboration with regional leadership and People Services team members Required qualifications 2+ years of relevant HR experience in a similar role, preferably in a large multi-location organization Degree and/or diploma in Human Resources; CPHR or SHRM designation is an asset Proficiency in MS Excel and a broad range of HR programs and policies Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office programs Knowledge of current HR-related federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
