Overseeing California WFP's public-facing digital communications, the full-time remote California Digital Content Manager will manage social media accounts, develop engaging digital content, and support communications efforts during election periods while being based in California. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day social media posting and coordinate content priorities with leadership Create graphics and digital assets for campaigns, events, and rapid-response communications Assist with drafting digital communications and support electoral and organizing priorities Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience managing high-visibility organizational social media accounts Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma Ability to produce polished visual content under tight deadlines Experience in political campaigns, advocacy organizations, or nonprofit communications preferred Familiarity with social media management tools and organizing platforms is a plus
