To support a dynamic engagement team, the full-time California CPA Supervisor will manage audit and review strategies, supervise accounts payable and payroll processing, and provide training and guidance to staff while working in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Plan and supervise all components of client engagements, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines Analyze financial data and prepare monthly financial reports, addressing client concerns and identifying problems promptly Guide and mentor team members while contributing to business development and recruiting efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA license or actively pursuing it Minimum of five years of experience in a professional services firm or seven years in the private sector Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite At least three years of supervisory experience, with a focus on staff development and performance evaluation Experience with CaseWare is preferred
