To support a growing healthcare organization, the remote California Compliance Analyst will assist in the administration and implementation of compliance programs, develop processes to ensure regulatory adherence, and drive analysis for risk mitigation. Key responsibilities: Contribute to identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance and privacy risks Prepare accurate reporting of compliance activities for stakeholders, including leadership and compliance committees Research and maintain current knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare compliance or a related field; PACE experience preferred Strong project coordination and research/analytical skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
