Working remotely, the full-time California Compliance Analyst will coordinate compliance matters, conduct risk assessments, and maintain audit programs while ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations in the health care sector. Key responsibilities: Support the development and renewal of state contracts, including writing revisions and submitting to the state Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation plans for compliance-related exposures Maintain the compliance audit program and coordinate internal and external audits to identify gaps and implement corrective action plans Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of experience analyzing State and Federal laws and regulations In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations, including the False Claims Act as it relates to health care compliance Experience with managed care health plan functions and contracting regulations Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques Ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse stakeholders
