Leading a team of CalAIM Community Health Workers, the full-time salaried California Community Health Worker Manager will oversee service delivery, ensure program compliance, and facilitate training while working remotely from California. Key Responsibilities Oversee, mentor, and evaluate a team of CalAIM CHWs conducting outreach and advocacy for high-risk populations Maintain compliance with CalAIM guidelines, auditing CPT coding and enforcing service unit limits Coordinate onboarding and continuing education for CHWs, including training in Motivational Interviewing and Mandated Reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in community health, Medi-Cal services, or social work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong expertise in CalAIM policies and social determinants of health Valid California Driver's License (Class C) with an operable vehicle and clean MVR CHW certification preferred
