Leading the charge entry team, the full-time California Charge Posting Supervisor will manage accurate and timely posting of Workers' Compensation charges in a remote environment while ensuring compliance with billing guidelines and internal service level expectations. Key responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Workers' Compensation charge entry team, ensuring timely resolution of assigned work Monitor productivity and quality audits, providing coaching and feedback to improve accuracy and reduce rework Collaborate with various revenue cycle teams to resolve discrepancies and act as the primary escalation point for complex billing issues Required qualifications: 3-5+ years of medical billing or charge entry experience Strong knowledge of California Workers' Compensation billing rules and requirements Prior lead, senior, or supervisory experience preferred Experience with EHR/PM systems (e.g., IMS, ECW, Prognosis, or similar) Strong understanding of CPT/ICD coding fundamentals
