Seeking a full-time Certified Credentials Coordinator, the remote position will manage credentialing functions including initial appointments, reappointments, and data verification to support medical staff services operations at Adventist Health Ukiah Valley. Key responsibilities: Engages in credentialing functions such as appointment, reappointment, and privileging for medical and allied health staff Ensures credentials files are accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner Supports providers during onboarding, including training, orientation, and access to necessary systems Required qualifications: High School Education/GED or equivalent (preferred) Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience (preferred) Two years of experience in a medical staff services department or related setting (preferred) Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification by the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) is required
