California and Minnesota Licensed Gastroenterologist

Seeking a California and Minnesota Licensed Gastroenterologist, the part-time or full-time physician will provide virtual patient care, evaluating and managing adult patients with gastroenterology conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team through a telehealth platform. Key responsibilities Conduct virtual evaluations and follow-up visits for adult patients with various gastroenterology conditions Collaborate with gastroenterologists and care team members to ensure continuity of care and treatment planning Document patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) and provide patient education on diagnoses and treatment options Required qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Active, unrestricted medical license in California and Minnesota DEA license in good standing Experience in APP supervision and comfort with telehealth environments
