Supporting the Scheduling team, the full-time hourly California ABA Scheduling Assistant will manage daily scheduling operations, communicate with employees and clients, and assist with administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: Support Scheduling Coordinators with daily scheduling activities and administrative tasks Respond to phone calls, emails, chats, and text messages related to scheduling Communicate schedule changes, cancellations, and coverage updates to employees and internal teams Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required At least one year of experience in administrative support or customer service within a healthcare or related setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality while collaborating with a team
