CalAIM Project ManagerLocation: Bay Area CA Duration: 12 Months contract on Hybrid Schedule (will be required to be onsite as needed)The Project Manager must be located in California, with a strong preference for candidates in the Bay Area. The selected individual must also be able to pass a background check and obtain clearance for access to the jail facility.5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or public sector environmentsExperience with the CalAIM initiativeStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholdersResponsibilities:Planning, coordinating, and executing the CalAIM Project within the clientDeveloping the Project CharterCreating and maintaining a detailed Project PlanManaging the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)Facilitating regular project meetingsProviding clear and timely project status updatesEnsuring deliverables align with quality standards and stakeholder expectationsStrong collaboration across cross-functional teamsEffective communication with internal and external partnersNavigating shifting priorities while keeping the project on trackProficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and reportingQualification:Working knowledge of Epic systems (certification not required)Experience as a Business Analyst or in roles involving requirements gathering and workflow documentationEducation & Experience: 5-7 years of Project Management experience Bachelor Degree or Experience
