What You’ll Do as a Talented Caker

• Decorate and assemble cakes and desserts following precise recipes and brand standards
• Prepare creams, fillings, icings, and toppings from scratch or components
• Maintain an organized, clean, and food-safe decorating station
• Manage daily production to meet café demand and ensure visually appealing cake displays
• Support special orders and guest customization needs with enthusiasm
• Receive, stock, and organize ingredients and supplies efficiently
• Monitor equipment and inventory, reporting issues promptly
• Train new Cake Team Members in decoration techniques and café procedures
• Complete waste logs, production sheets, and prep reports accurately
• Adapt to other bakery tasks as part of a dynamic team

What You Bring to Our Delicious Team

• At least 1+ years of cake decorating or culinary experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with piping bags, whipped cream, fruit décor, and finishing techniques
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labeling practices
• ServSafe Food Handler’s Certification (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, pride in presentation, and excellent time management
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Team-first attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for hospitality
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities efficiently
